RecMas Camp brought together more than 70 young athletes for a two-day basketball experience centered on skill development, mentorship, and community engagement. From the opening drills to the final conversations, the camp was designed to feel intentional, structured, and encouraging.
Participants had the chance to train, compete, and learn in an environment that pushed growth both on and off the court. The goal was not only to sharpen basketball fundamentals, but also to help young people build confidence, discipline, and a stronger sense of what they could carry forward.
The weekend emphasized more than basketball alone. It created room for mentorship, connection, and visible encouragement while reinforcing the values that continue to shape the work of RecInDa6ix.
RecMas remains a meaningful part of the organization’s mission because it gives young people access to experiences that support their development now while opening up a wider sense of possibility for what comes next.
